The Lancaster Area Residents Group (LARG) are part of the New Lodge CEP and Housing Forum. We believe that benefits should be created for residents as a return for the disruptions and upset caused by the relocation of the Ulster University to our area. For example construction works, parking & traffic issues, noise, anti-social behaviour, etc.
